Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast – Overcoming Low Self-Esteem. This podcast is an audio companion to the book “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD.”

Chronic low self-esteem often goes hand-in-hand with ADHD. It’s a weight on our shoulders that can keep us from feeling deeper levels of joy and contentment. In this episode, we’ll bring awareness to what specifically creates low self-esteem, and explore what actions we can take to regularly “fill up” so we can experience greater self-confidence, and skillfully untie ourselves when we get “triggered.”
