Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast – A Podcast for Neurodivergent Creatives. End of Year Reflection Exercise. This podcast is an audio companion to the book “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD.”

As we go through the year, our life experiences can often blur together. Taking the time at the end of the year for a little self-reflection can go a long ways in supporting our personal growth — setting us up for consciously creating how we want our new year to go.

In this episode we will be working with a free PDF worksheet to go through a simple, yet powerful year end reflection exercise to celebrate our wins, determine what was helpful, and where to place our energies in the coming year.
