Time Management

Time Management

For us hunter-types, good time management tools are essential. How we manage our time directly relates to our productivity and overall well-being. Without them, anxiety and chaos ensue.

How you achieve your goals is directly related to the choices you make day-to-day ??? items you put on your schedule, people you meet with, time set aside for specific work, etc… These are all the small interlocking pieces that make up the greater vision of your life.

The essential tools for any time management system are:

   1. A calendar
   2. An action item list
   3. Reminders

No matter how technology shifts and evolves, these basic tools will remain constant. Only the forms may change.

Calendar

This is a single place where you list and track all of your appointments.

Action Item List

This is a list where all your intended actions reside.

Reminders

A ???reminder??? is any method of reminding you of your actions, appointments, and intentions. This can be as simple as post-it notes you place around your house, or as sophisticated as your phone beeping to let you know you have an appointment 45 minutes from now.
