Consistent support is an essential part of staying connected with yourself and your goals.
In this group we’ll utilize the same tools that have been successful in my one-on-one coaching sessions. You’ll get meaningful, consistent support with: reviewing your goals, celebrating your wins and identifying your challenges, brainstorming on next steps, and scheduling your upcoming week.
I hope you can join us.
Michael
In each session, we’ll start with reviewing our goals. This simple action, done a weekly basis, helps us stay clear about what’s most important to us, so that we can properly prioritize the items we place on our schedule.
After reviewing our goals, we’ll move to celebrating our wins from the past week. Celebration is crucial to staying motivated and recognizing how much progress we’ve made. We’ll then get clear about what specific challenges also arose in the past week.
Once we’ve reviewed our goals, and checked in from the past week, we’ll usually have a list of items that require further clarity. This section of the session gives us the opportunity to receive support and insights in clarifying specific actions to take in the upcoming week.
Finally, at the end of our session, we will have some time to create our schedule for the upcoming week. This will be a list of action items, scheduled events, and anything else we’ll need clarity on to have a productive week.
Important Note: Space is limited.
Registration will be closed once max number of participants has been reached.
If you would like to split up payments, we offer PayPal’s “Pay Later” option at checkout.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds or extensions.
Yes. All sessions will be recorded. They will be made available after the session in both video and mp3 format. The audio format can easily be listened to on your drive to and from work.
We use the Zoom Video Conferencing software for each session. You can either use the Zoom app on your desktop, phone, or tablet — or dial in on a regular phone line. The Zoom software is free, very reliable, and easy to use.
Michael’s book, “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – a Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD/ADHD” is definitely recommended for the sessions as reference, but not a requirement.
Initially, all that is required is a method of taking notes. As the sessions progress, you may decide to make purchases such as a physical planner and/or a dedicated notebook to support your time management system.
All sessions will be recorded. If you can’t make all of the sessions, you’ll be able to review the recordings, as well as send in questions to be answered during the live session.
