A Note from Michael

In this group we’ll utilize the same tools that have been successful in my one-on-one coaching sessions. You’ll get meaningful, consistent support with clarifying your goals, optimizing your time management system, and support on the challenges that you’ve had a hard time overcoming on your own.

I hope you can join us.

In each session, you’ll be reviewing your goals, checking in on how the previous week went, getting support with the challenges you’ve been having, and wrapping up with your clear action items for the upcoming week.

Having good systems for time and task management make life easier, and ensure your goals are far more within reach. We’ll offer you support on getting these systems set up, staying with them, and refining your daily routine to maximize your overall well being.

Knowing something and putting it into practice are two different things. In our sessions, we’ll be supporting you in identifying what’s been working, then building these into daily and weekly habits.

You're Not Broken.

You just need the right tools and support.

What People Are Saying

"Michael's unique coaching provided vital guidance at a time when my other resources were failing. With his help I was able to clarify my needs and thoughts in order to create effective goals and take the daily steps to achieve them. He provides compassion, knowledge, and support, but more importantly helps people to realize what it is that they need, and to receive it all with open arms."
Founder, Your Virtual Allies
"Michael's coaching sessions help me to see through the mental fog and find clarity."
John Whitten
Coaching Client
"Since as far back as I can remember, I've been bombarded with many ideas, created many plans, but haven't always been able to follow them through to completion. The skills I learned in this workshop, without a doubt, were a huge part of solving my life's puzzle. I wish I had found this workshop (and the podcast) earlier in life, but I'm extremely grateful I found it when I did!"
Angiel Stahley
Certified Health Coach & Personal Trainer
"This was definitely money well spent on the workshop. I knew I would get something out of it, but it was really a quick win for me to have some new tools and a path forward to iteratively help myself coexist with the farmers of the world."

Frequently asked questions

Yes. All sessions will be recorded. They will be made available after the session in both video and mp3 format. The audio format can easily be listened to on your drive to and from work.

We use the Zoom Video Conferencing software for each session. You can either use the Zoom app on your desktop, phone, or tablet — or dial in on a regular phone line. The Zoom software is free, very reliable, and easy to use.

Michael’s book, “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – a Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD/ADHD” is definitely recommended for the sessions as reference, but not a requirement.

Initially, all that is required is a method of taking notes. As the sessions progress, you may decide to make purchases such as a physical planner and/or a dedicated notebook to support your time management system.

All sessions will be recorded. If you can’t make all of the sessions, you’ll be able to review the recordings, as well as send in questions to be answered during the live session.
