In this group we’ll utilize the same tools that have been successful in my one-on-one coaching sessions. You’ll get meaningful, consistent support with clarifying your goals, optimizing your time management system, and support on the challenges that you’ve had a hard time overcoming on your own.
I hope you can join us.
Michael
In each session, you’ll be reviewing your goals, checking in on how the previous week went, getting support with the challenges you’ve been having, and wrapping up with your clear action items for the upcoming week.
Having good systems for time and task management make life easier, and ensure your goals are far more within reach. We’ll offer you support on getting these systems set up, staying with them, and refining your daily routine to maximize your overall well being.
Knowing something and putting it into practice are two different things. In our sessions, we’ll be supporting you in identifying what’s been working, then building these into daily and weekly habits.
Important Note: Space is limited.
Registration will be closed once max number of participants has been reached.
Please reach out to us if you need to split up payment into 2 months.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds or extensions.
Yes. All sessions will be recorded. They will be made available after the session in both video and mp3 format. The audio format can easily be listened to on your drive to and from work.
We use the Zoom Video Conferencing software for each session. You can either use the Zoom app on your desktop, phone, or tablet — or dial in on a regular phone line. The Zoom software is free, very reliable, and easy to use.
Michael’s book, “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – a Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD/ADHD” is definitely recommended for the sessions as reference, but not a requirement.
Initially, all that is required is a method of taking notes. As the sessions progress, you may decide to make purchases such as a physical planner and/or a dedicated notebook to support your time management system.
All sessions will be recorded. If you can’t make all of the sessions, you’ll be able to review the recordings, as well as send in questions to be answered during the live session.
